der kleine Bungalow befindet sich am Rand der Gemeinde Pretschen. Er liegt am Waldrand und das Grundst\u00fcck grenzt direkt an die Pretschener Spree.<\/p>\n

Der Bungalow ist vollst\u00e4ndig m\u00f6bliert und hat eine Wohnfl\u00e4che von ca. 30 qm, diese ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohnbereich,\u00a0einen kleinen Schlafbereich, ein gro\u00dfes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und eine kleine K\u00fcche.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=“12px“][\/vc_column][vc_column width=“2\/3″]

Direkt vor dem Ferienhaus grenzt eine Terrasse mit ca. 16qm an, die ebenfalls mit Terrassenm\u00f6beln ausgestattet ist. Das dazugeh\u00f6rige Grundst\u00fcck mit Rasenfl\u00e4che und von B\u00e4umen \u00fcberschatteten Bereichen ist ca. 700 qm gro\u00df und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser.<\/p>\n

Die K\u00fcche ist mit zwei elektrischen Kochfeldern, K\u00fchlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich finden Sie einen Fernseher vor einem \u00a0gem\u00fctlichen Sofa mit Sessel und Couchtisch. Das Sofa kann als zus\u00e4tzliche Schlafgelegenheit genutzt werden. Im angrenzenden Schlafbereich steht ein Bett mit ca. 160×200 cm. Alle R\u00e4ume wurden 2021 frisch renoviert und neu ausgestattet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
